Csekonics Salad for 4 persons |

chicken breast, without skin and bones salt white pepper, freshly milled spicy paprika sunflower oil meat of sweet water crabs, cooked tomatoes salads mayonnaise salt Spanish pepper estragon leaflets in vinegar, fine cut estragon-vinegar Worcester sauce whipped cream lemon, quartered |

Preparation Mix the spice paprika with the oil. Salt and pepper the chicken breast and strike the oil over it. Place in a pan and roast it in the oven at 150 ° C / 300 ° F for 40 minutes. Then cut into slices. Keep 16 nice slices apart until serving; cut the rest in smaller pieces. Also keep 12 parts of the cooked crap apart, cut the rest in smaller pieces as well. Place meat and crab in a large salad bowl. Scald the tomatoes, peel in cut them into slices. Wash the salads, dry well and keep apart some nice leafs and make from the rest even large pieces. Do these in the bowl. Mix the ingredients. Mix the mayonnaise with the described spices and put the whipped cream under the dressing. Mix first the tomatoes with the salad in the bowl and later the cream-mayonnaise. Serving Cover 4 salad-plates with the separated salad-leafs and spread the chicken-crab-salad above it. Decorate with the slices of breast, the crab pieces and the tomato slices. Serve with the quartered lemons. |
