 		fresh carp
onions
salt
green paprikas
tomatoes
spicy paprika
 
First arrangements

Necessary condition for the preparation is a good fish fond from fresh carp. Remove the scales and the inner organs, please pay attention to the gall-bladder, when it is damaged the soup will be uneatable. As alternative you can buy a prepared carp. Cut the filets from the body of the carp and put them aside. From all the other parts of the fish and onion, salt, paprika and tomato cook in 2 quarts water about one and a half hour the fond. You can prepare this fond one day before cooking the soup.
 
Preparation

Cut the fish filets in two finger broad slices, salt them a little and put them into the fridge. Strain the fond and press all water out of the cooked fish-parts, so the soup will be tastier. Cook the fond. When it is hot add the spice paprika. Therein you can cook for about 10 minutes the carp-filets.
 
Serving

Serve with a dry white wine
