Chicken-Paprika-Pan for 4 persons |

500 g / 18 oz 1 1 1 30 g / 1 oz 1 5 tea spoons 3 tea spoons 1/4 tea spoons 1 tl 125 g |
chicken filet onion green paprika tomato butter garlic spicy paprika tomatoes purée chicken soup powder flour sour cream salt freshly milled pepper |

Preparation Cut the chicken meat into cubes and spice with salt and pepper. Cut the onion very fine and the paprika in slices. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Warm up the butter in a pan. Fry the onion and paprika stirring up for about 3 minutes. Add the meat and brown it in about another 3 minutes, go on stirring up. Peel the garlic and press it over the meat, fry a short moment. Add the spice paprika, tomato and tomato purée and fry another 1 minute. Add the chicken fond with some table spoons water and braise it for some minutes on little heat. Mix flour and sour cream and add this cream under the meat, warm up the entire for about 2 minutes. |
