For the filling
milk flour sugar gelatine eggs sugar rum raisins dried fruits nuts whipped cream For the cakes light biscuit dark biscuit sugar rum water raped peel of 2 lemons bitter cacao powder For the chocolate cover bitter chocolate water rum |

Preparation Filling: cook a crème of milk, flour, yolk and sugar, bind it with the wet gelatine. Put into the fridge. Beat up the whites of eggs and the sugar and mix among the cold crème. Add to the crème the rum-raisins, fine cut dried fruits and cut nuts. Sugar-water for the cakes: cook the sugar with water and the peel of lemons, cool it and add some rum. Chocolate sauce: warm up the chocolate in the water, cool it again and spice with rum again. Put half the light biscuit into a deep bowl, cover it with a part of the sugar-water and cover it with a third part of the crème. Thereon put the chocolate-biscuit, cover again with sugar-water, again a third of the crème, light biscuit, sugar-water and the rest of the crème. Powder with cacao. Put in the fridge for some hours. Serving Take portions with a spoon and put them onto plates. Serve with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. |
